  • ½ cup vegan butter melted, we use Miyoko's or Earth Balance
  • ½ cup red hot sauce we prefer Frank's Hot Sauce
  • 2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce we use Annie's or Wizard's
  • 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon ground white pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke optional, see note
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt optional, see note

  • In a medium bowl or mason jar, combine the ½ cup melted vegan butter, ½ cup hot sauce, 2 teaspoon vegan Worcestershire sauce, 2 tablespoon white wine vinegar, ½ teaspoon white pepper, ¼ teaspoon liquid smoke, and ¼ teaspoon sea salt and whisk until completely combined.

  • You may omit the liquid smoke if you don't like a smoky flavor to your buffalo sauce.
  • Omit the salt if you're watching your sodium intake.
