1cupof quinoa – rinse in a colander until the soapy film is completely rinsed away
1and ½ cups of water
1and ½ cups of fresh cherries – pitted and chopped
1cupof blueberries
1cupof almond milk
1tablespoonof pure maple syrup
1teaspoonof cinnamon
1pinchof saltapproximately an ⅛ of a teaspoon
2tablespoonsof hulled hemp seeds
1cupof soaked almonds – soak for at least four hours or overnight. Drain them and pat dry.
½cupof unsweetened coconut flakes

Instructions
In a medium sauce pan bring the water and quinoa to a bowl, cover, and reduce the heat to simmer. Cook for 15 minutes or until the water is completely absorbed. Remove from the heat and let sit with the cover on for ten minutes. Remove the cover and fluff the quinoa and put it in a medium bowl to cool.
Stir the almond milk, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt together until combined and pour into the bowl with the quinoa and stir until fully combined. Fold in the almonds, hemp seeds, cherries, blueberries, and coconut.
