Lay the tortilla on a flat surface and spread the hummus on the tortilla, leaving a one inch clean border.
Sprinkle the cheese over the hummus.
Layer the tomato slices, spinach, and kale over the hummus and cheese.
Add salt and pepper if desired.
Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll the end that’s closest to your body until the tortilla is rolled up into a wrap.
Use a serrated edge knife for easier slicing.
