Vegetable & Herb Chopped Salad & a Treeline Cheese Review
A healthy, simple, and delicious chopped salad filled with red leaf lettuce, spinach, basil, and veggies, then topped with a creamy herb-garlic dressing and vegan cheese crumbles.
1orangeyellow, or red bell pepper – seeded and finely diced
1cupof cherry tomatoes – finely diced
1cupof Kalamata olives – pitted and finely chopped
¼of the container of Treeline Herb-Garlic French-Style cheese
Dressing
¼of the container of Treeline Herb-Garlic French-Style cheese
¼cupof filtered water

Instructions
Prepare the vegetable and herbs as directed above and put in a large bowl.
From the cheese container, take ¼ of the cheese and put in a blender or use an immersion blender to blend the cheese and water for the dressing. Blend until it’s smooth and creamy.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until it’s completely coated.
Crumble ¼ of the container of cheese over the salad.
