Ingredients

  • ½ cup of unsweetened almond milk I use Silk Brand
  • 2 sliced frozen bananas
  • 5 thin mint cookies
  • 1 teaspoon of matcha tea

Instructions

  • In a high powered blender, add the milk, bananas, cookies, and matcha and blend until you get the desired consistency that you want.
