Ingredients

  • 1 cup of bilberry flavored Kambucha – any berry flavor should do
  • 1 cup of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of baby carrots
  • 1 cup of strawberries – stems removed
  • 1 cup of blackberries
  • 1 cup of pineapple
  • 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds

Instructions

  • In this order, put the kambucha, spinach, berries, pineapple, carrots, and hemp seeds in the blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
