Put the 2 cups plant-based milk, 1 ½ cups frozen cherries, ¼ cup rolled oats, and ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract in a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary. Top with coconut whipped topping and a cherry.
