Vegan Shamrock Shake

This simple 4 ingredient dairy-free shamrock shake is rich, creamy, and minty fresh. A delicious vegan dessert for St. Patrick's Day!

  • Blender


  • 1 pint vegan vanilla ice cream
  • 2 cups plantbased milk
  • 4 to 6 drops of green food coloring we prefer natural food dye
  • 1 to 3 drops pure mint extract SEE NOTE


  • Coconut whipped topping


  • Scoop the pint of ice cream into the blender and add the 2 cups of plant-based milk, 4 to 6 drops of green food coloring, and 1 drop of the mint extract.
  • Blend until smooth and creamy. Taste and add more mint if desired.
  • Top it with our coconut whipped cream if desired.


This recipe will make 2 to 4 servings depending on how large you pour the individual serving. 
We use pure mint extract instead of peppermint extract. They are totally different in flavor. Feel free to use peppermint if you like.
