Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups tomato sauce
  • ¼ cup apple cider vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon molasses
  • ¼ cup coconut sugar you can use brown sugar if you don’t have coconut sugar
  • 2 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ¼ teaspoon cumin
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • teaspoon cayenne pepper

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a small saucepan and whisk until completely combined. Bring the sauce to a boil, then reduce to a low simmer and simmer for 20 minutes.
