Blend the candy cane in a high powered blender and pour evenly on a flat plate.
melt the 1/4 cup chocolate chips on a flat plate.
Coat the rims of the glasses in the melted chocolate and then the ground candy cane.
Blend the 2 cups ice, 4 cups vegan nog, and 2 tbsp cocoa powder in the candy cane coated blender until smooth and creamy.
Top with a dollop of whipped topping, melted chocolate, and a sprinkle of ground candy cane.
Feel free to skip the candy cane if you don't like peppermint.
