Vegan Frozen Eggnog Hot Chocolate

The classic frozen hot chocolate with a twist! We added vegan nog and a bit of peppermint to make this easy 3 ingredient recipe a favorite holiday treat.

  • 1 candy cane
  • 2 cups ice
  • 4 cups vegan eggnog Califia Farms or So Delicious are our favorites.
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder


  • 1/4 cup vegan chocolate chips we like Enjoy Life Brand
  • vegan whipped topping
  • ground candy cane


  1. Blend the candy cane in a high powered blender and pour evenly on a flat plate.

  2. melt the 1/4 cup chocolate chips on a flat plate.

  3. Coat the rims of the glasses in the melted chocolate and then the ground candy cane.

  4. Blend the 2 cups ice, 4 cups vegan nog, and 2 tbsp cocoa powder in the candy cane coated blender until smooth and creamy.

  5. Top with a dollop of whipped topping, melted chocolate, and a sprinkle of ground candy cane.

Recipe Notes


Feel free to skip the candy cane if you don't like peppermint.
