  • 1 apple peeled (optional) cored, and finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 large date - pitted and chopped
  • 2 tablespoon chopped walnuts


  • Mix the apple, lemon juice, date, and cinnamon in a small bowl and let sit for thirty minutes. Top with the walnuts and enjoy!


Feel free to add more dates if you want it to be sweeter.
