Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats use gluten-free if desired
  • 3 tablespoon cacao or cocoa powder
  • 3 dates pitted
  • 2 tablespoon hulled hemp seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract we use Nielsen-Massey brand
  • Pinch of salt
  • 3 to 4 tablespoon water

Instructions

  • Put the ingredients in a food processor and start processing. Add one tablespoon of water at a time until it becomes a sticky solid ball.
  • Roll into bite sized pieces and store in an air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
