Ingredients

  • 1 cup oat milk or your favorite plant-based milk
  • ½ cup water
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 tablespoon rolled oats
  • ¼ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg

Instructions

  • Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for approximately 90 seconds, or until it's smooth and creamy.
  • Enjoy!
