Ingredients

tub of Better Beans Cuban black beans
▢

cups
of frozen corn
▢

medium apple – cored and finely chopped
▢

green onions – finely chopped
▢
2
cups
of finely chopped red kale
you can use any type of kale
▢
Squeeze of lime juice from ½ of a lime

Instructions
Dry roast the corn in an iron skillet on medium high heat until it begins to brown. Remove from heat and let cool.
n a large bowl mix the beans, corn, apple, green onions, kale, and lime juice. Mix well.
