Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 2 pitted dates
  • 1 tablespoon of cacao or cocoa powder
  • 2 teaspoons of hemp seeds
  • ½ teaspoon of pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of finely ground sea salt
  • 1 and ½ cups of spinach optional

Instructions

  • Put the almond milk in the blender then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Note: The spinach will turn the smoothie green. If you don’t want a green smoothie then don’t add the spinach. I add it for the nutritional value.
  • Enjoy!

Notes

Best if consumed immediately after preparing.
