Equipment

  • 1 Blender

Ingredients

  • ¾ of a cup of water
  • cup of raw cashews
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 1 date – pitted
  • 1 tablespoon of desiccated coconut flakes
  • 12 frozen strawberries

Instructions

  • Add the water and cashews to a high power blender and blend until the cashews are fully ground up and has turned into a milk. Add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth and creamy. Enjoy!

Notes

Best if consumed immediately after preparing.
