Equipment

  • 1 martini shaker
  • 1 martini glass
  • 1 shot glass

Ingredients

  • Juice from 2 clementine oranges – approximately 1 ounce
  • ¼ ounce blue curacao
  • ¼ ounce dry vermouth
  • A dash of blood orange bitters
  • 1 ounce of gin
  • ½ cup of crushed ice

Instructions

  • Put the ice and drink ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake well. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with the peel from the clementine.

Notes

Best if consumed immediately after making.
