Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups frozen cherries
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 cups vanilla plant-based milk SEE NOTE
  • ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • NOTE: The nutrition calculator is showing that this smoothie is over 800 calories, which is completely incorrect. When we calculated the ingredients the total calorie count was 305 calories.
  • Put the 2 cups plant-based milk, 1 ½ cups frozen cherries, ¼ cup rolled oats, and ½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract in a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth and creamy. Add more milk if necessary. Top with coconut whipped topping and a cherry.
