Ingredients

  • 1/4 of an avocado
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 cup basil leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 to 4 tbsp water see note
  • Salt and pepper to taste if desired

Instructions

  1. Put 1/4 of the avocado, 1 cup basil, 1 garlic clove, 1 tsp lemon juice, and 1 tbsp nutritional yeast in a food processor or blender and blend. Add the water 1 tablespoon at a time until you get the desired consistency. Add salt and pepper to taste.
