  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Apple Sauce homemade is best
  • ½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
  • 3 Tbsp Date Caramel recipe link in instructions
  • 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
  • ½ Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
  • ¼ tsp Pumpkin Spice Blend
