  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 cup ice
  • 2 cups frozen pineapple
  • 1 tbsp hemp hearts optional
  • 1 lemon slice about 1-inch thick with the peel on


  1. Put all of the ingredients in a blender and blend on a high speed until smooth and you can’t detect pieces of the lemon or pineapple.
