Hi! We’re Linda and Alex Meyer, the mother-daughter duo who created Veganosity. As of today, we’ve been vegan for five wonderful years and can’t imagine any other way to live.
We feel great both physically and spiritually, because when you stop contributing to the pain and suffering of living beings, and the destruction of our environment, your body rewards you with lower cholesterol and tons of energy, and your spirit feels lighter. It’s a win-win for everyone.
Together, we started Veganosity so that we could chronicle our journey and record our recipes, never imagining that it would turn into a business that reaches approximately 3 million people a month, and would help us get discovered by a legitimate publishing house who would help us publish two cookbooks.
Funny how the universe works.
WHY WE CAN HELP YOU GO VEGAN AND STAY VEGAN
When we went vegan we didn’t know any other vegans. We relied on each other and a handful of vegan bloggers to get us through the first few months.
Our problem was that the recipes we were finding where either too light on flavor and texture, or full of weird ingredients and so unhealthy (tons of oil and calories) that we just couldn’t bring ourselves to eat them. That’s when we decided that it was time to start recreating the recipes we loved before going vegan.
We knew we weren’t the only new vegans struggling to stay vegan. Even though there were moments of struggle, we were determined to stick to this lifestyle. We also wanted to prove to our family and friends that they could eat really good food that would satiate and satisfy without using animal products.
One thing you should know about Alex and I, we’re stubborn. Like mother like daughter. 😉
The rest is history.
Vegan food options have come a long way in the past five years. When we started, the store-bought cheese options were abysmal, it was almost impossible to find jackfruit in a typical grocery store, and there was no such thing as a vegan egg product, or a realistic plant-based meat option.
Thankfully, all of that has changed. We can help you navigate through the plethora of products that are available today. Some of them are amazing, and some not so much.
We don’t want you to waste your money. Lucky for you, we have tried them all, and we can help you choose the tastiest options that your non-vegan family and friends will like as well.

WHY MEAL PLANNING CAN HELP YOU STAY VEGAN
It’s really difficult to go from eating animal products to not eating them without a plan. We can’t tell you how many times people have told us that they want to go vegan but they don’t know how.
Going vegan can be confusing, but we’re here to help!
We can show you how to replace dairy cheese for plant-based cheese, how to replace ground meat for beans, nuts, and vegetables, how to replace eggs for seeds, applesauce, and tofu, and of course, we can help you figure out what to eat from day to day.

A good meal plan can help you with a few things.
It will take the mystery out of eating because it’s all there for you to follow.
Meal planning will help you stay organized.
It can ensure that you’re eating well balanced meals and getting all of the nutrients your body needs to stay energized.
You’ll never have to agonize over what to eat.
It makes grocery shopping easier because you’ll know exactly what you need to make the food on the plan.
Once you’ve gone through a month or two of vegan meal plans, you’ll feel more comfortable and any cravings for dairy or meat that you once had should be gone.
