Welcome! I’m so happy you’re here. My name is Linda, and I’m the mom half of the Veganosity duo.
Thanks to Alex, the daughter half of this blog, I went vegan cold turkey almost five years ago and never looked back.
I’ve spent decades in the kitchen and love creating recipes that are always from scratch, mostly healthy, and always delicious. You’ll find much of my food to be inspired by my love of Southern and classic comfort foods. My mission is to make my childhood favorites kinder and better for you.
As a marathon runner and all-around athlete, eating a well balanced whole food plant-based diet is incredibly important to me. Eating the right foods throughout the day is what keeps me energized and strong. My motto is, Eat the Rainbow. My mission is to help you do the same, so that you can feel your best each and every day.

I graduated with honors from DePaul University.
I play league tennis (singles and doubles) and keep fluctuating between USTA 3.5 and 4.0 levels.
I’m a runner and have completed 2 marathons so far, one of them the Chicago Marathon, and numerous half-marathons. Running is my therapy.
I can now call myself a published author! A dream of mine that has actually come true.
